Questions.

What Aumi is, what it isn’t, and how it works.

What is Aumi?

Aumi is a fertility and wellness concierge. You start with an independent integrative women’s health clinician. Aumi then helps match you with practitioners who fit your goals and coordinates scheduling, check-ins and follow-through.

Why not find practitioners or an integrative doctor on my own?

You can. With Aumi, you get a clinician’s guidance up front and care that stays connected. An integrative women’s health clinician reviews your history and helps decide what’s worth doing, and what isn’t, rather than starting from one method, so you don’t spend time and money on approaches unlikely to help you. Then we match you with vetted practitioners and keep it all working as one plan, timed around your fertility clinic, with scheduling and follow-through handled so it doesn’t fall on you.

What does integrative mean?

Integrative means your medical fertility care and evidence-informed complementary care, considered together.

Is Aumi a fertility clinic?

No. Your fertility clinic remains responsible for fertility diagnosis, testing, medications, procedures, treatment timing and medical decisions. Aumi works alongside that care.

Should I delay fertility treatment to do Aumi?

No. Aumi is designed to work alongside your fertility care, never to delay it.

Who provides the care, and how are practitioners chosen?

Independent clinicians and practitioners, each appropriately licensed or credentialed for their field. They determine the services appropriate for each client and set their own fees. Aumi provides non-clinical matching, scheduling, navigation and coordination.

We match you within our network of vetted clinicians and practitioners, and if you need someone we don’t yet work with, we find and vet them first. Already seeing a practitioner you trust? They’re welcome to join our network, or you can keep seeing them alongside Aumi. We add to your existing care; we never replace it.

Which program is right for me?

Starter is for getting clarity: a clinician consultation and a few practitioner sessions. Core is a personalized course of care with Aumi coordinating throughout. Concierge adds a dedicated navigator and weekly check-ins, so we manage the details with you.

Not sure? Choose Apply to join and tell us where you are. We’ll help you pick.

How is pricing set?

Programs start at $750 (Starter), $2,500 (Core) and $4,500 (Concierge). Final pricing depends on the services selected, provider rates and location.

Can I use insurance, HSA or FSA?

Aumi coordination is not billed to insurance. Coverage for practitioner services varies. For some services, you may be able to submit documentation to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Certain services may be eligible for HSA or FSA funds, or for company wellness benefits. Eligibility depends on the specific service and your plan, so confirm with your plan administrator or benefits provider.

Do I need every service on the website?

No. The approaches described on the site are options, not a bundle. Your plan should include only what is relevant to your goals, current care and situation.

Can my partner be involved?

Yes. Your partner is welcome to join your clinician consultation and check-ins with your Aumi navigator. Partners can also receive their own practitioner care, such as nutrition, acupuncture or mental health support. Programs are priced per person, so a partner’s own care is priced separately.

What are add-ons?

Optional extras such as massage, prepared meals, at-home wellness services, additional practitioner sessions and partner sessions. Availability and pricing vary, and add-ons are purchased separately.

Where is Aumi available?

The New York City metro area and parts of New Jersey. Not sure if you’re in range? Apply anyway, and we’ll let you know.
